She's very smart and loves to be with her people. Jules gets along well with other dogs, but prefers dogs about her size or smaller as playmates. Moss is a very active and athletic young man. He would make anyone a great running or biking partner as well as water sports as he loves to swim too. Moss will need an ACD savvy home as he is not only active but has some of the social cautions many ACDs have. He is slow to warm up to strangers but is getting better every day. Skipper came to us out of the shelter with a sever gimp in his back leg. After x-rays we discovered he had an old fracture near the femoral head which would be hard to fix but his body was already beginning to heal in an acceptable position. It was decided that we would wait 6weeks and look again to see if Skipper would be able to keep his leg or not. Noam is very attentive to people and is very, very sweet. He is deferential to all dogs, but not cowardly. He takes his cues off the other pups and follows them out to whatever action they hear.
