High-carb and crispy on the outside, soft, warm, and comforting on the inside; everyone loves Tater Tots! Yam’s the black and tan female of the group loves to chew on her puppy toys and snuggle up to her brothers when she’s sleepy. She is delightfully mischievous and was the first to find the doggy door. Though Yam is the smallest of the litter by quite a bit and likely will be petite like her mom, she is leadership material.

She is one of three born to a petite, 30 lbs, blue heeler named Sweet Potato who has already found her forever home. Her puppies look like they may have had different fathers, but there’s no telling. You’re not going to find sweeter, more lovable spud muffins than these attractive, smart puppies. All of the Tater Tots are house broken when kept to a routine water/food schedule. While in their crate, the tots will signal their people when it’s time to go outside. They are eager to please and listen well, try to play exuberantly with the grumpy adult dogs in their foster home, and enjoy people visitors. We have not observed the Tater Tots around cats or other animals.

Yam is housebroken, crate-trained and fully vetted. She is currently located in Mesa, AZ

The first step to meeting any of our dogs is to submit an application. It in no way obligates you to adopt, it is simply part of our process. If the dog you are interested in is adopted before you can meet them or if we do not currently have a dog you are interested in we still encourage you to go through the approval process. Then you will be pre-approved and ready to adopt when a dog does come along that you are interested in.
