Cool and collected Piper has really come into her own since being in her current foster home. She currently lives with 9 other dogs and does well with everyone! She plays hard yet fairly and also enjoys quiet time. Missing a leg has not slowed her down and has added a silly motion to her happy little bum wiggle.

Piper loves adventure and would be a great trail dog but long distance running or serious hikes would be too ruff for her three legs to handle. She enjoys meeting new people, kids and other dogs, she’s quite the social butterfly but not pushy or overly needy. Piper’s “groove” is sweet n mellow with a fun flare.

While Piper has not formally met a cat, given her intense interest in the chickens and bunny at her foster home we feel she probably would not be a good housemate with a cat.

Piper is housebroken, crate trained and fully vetted. She is currently located in Flagstaff, AZ.

The first step to meeting any of our dogs is to submit an application. It in no way obligates you to adopt, it is simply part of our process. If the dog you are interested in is adopted before you can meet them or if we do not currently have a dog you are interested in we still encourage you to go through the approval process. Then you will be pre-approved and ready to adopt when a dog does come along that you are interested in. Apply at www.arizonacattledogrescue.org If you have already been approved please email us at that address
