It is that time of year again and ACDR has puppies that are just about ready and raring to find their next forever homes!
These two cuties are Utah (she’s the blue) and Montana her sister (she’s the black with blue paws) They are flamboyant, happy, ACTIVE, sweet girls who will need active homes to keep them occupied and entertained. No couch potato living for these girls! They could be great hiking buddies for the avid hiker once they are fully grown and their recall is down pat. They in return, will give love, kisses, plenty of playtime, and cuddle time. We also recommend that these girls be adopted to folks with previous ACD experience.
These girls are 18 weeks old and just the happiest two girls you could meet. They like to be the center of attention with any adult. We would not recommend them for very small children as they might knock them over with their exuberant play antics until they have honed their social and manners skills some more. Keep in mind, these girls are puppies! Kids eight years of age and older is our recommendation.
Utah and Montana are 50% house trained and will need continued reinforcement training in order to get that down pat. A doggie door in the home will likely be a great help but is not required. They are 95% crate trained.
Utah and Montana are fully vetted and will be available for adoption as of May 31st so if you have not yet applied to adopt with ACDR now is your opportunity to start the process.
Utah and Montana are currently being fostered in Rio Rico, AZ. The first step in meeting any of our dogs is to go to our website and fill out an application. It in no way obligates you to adopt it is just a part of our process.

The first step to meeting any of our dogs is to submit an application. It in no way obligates you to adopt, it is simply part of our process. If the dog you are interested in is adopted before you can meet them or if we do not currently have a dog you are interested in we still encourage you to go through the approval process. Then you will be pre-approved and ready to adopt when a dog does come along that you are interested in.
