Melody is a goofy girl that loves hanging out with her family. She is happy to go on a long walk or run, but is just as happy snuggling with her people. Melody loves car rides because they mean adventure! When a walk starts she is so intrigued by all the smells that she can pull a bit, but with a little correction she walks pretty well and is getting better with training. She gets along well with other dogs and even likes to play with cats, but sometimes forgets they’re smaller than her, she’s never hurt them however. Melody gets really excited at meal time and is protective of her food around other animals, but she working hard to stay calm and learning to share. She’s not been around young children but we think she’d be fine with children who were fun yet respectful.
Melody is crate trained, housebroken and fully vetted. She is currently located in Flagstaff, AZ
The first step to meeting any of our dogs is to submit an application. It in no way obligates you to adopt, it is simply part of our process. If the dog you are interested in is adopted before you can meet them or if we do not currently have a dog you are interested in we still encourage you to go through the approval process. Then you will be pre-approved and ready to adopt when a dog does come along that you are interested in.
