Lucy is a girl who is in constant motion! She may be small but there’s a TON of dog packed behind that fabulous smile. Lucy’s silly nickname is “trash panda” as she is into everything, a great problem solver and when she plays she makes silly raccoon noises. She’s quite the character!!

Lucy will need a playmate in her new home. She thrives when there’s someone to play with and she could play ALL day!!! Lucy is great meeting all sorts of people and dogs making her a great companion on the trail, out camping, downtown shopping and anywhere you want to have her with you. However she does have some prey drive that would be problematic for a family cat.

Lucy came to ACDR with an old injury. Her hip had been dislocated for quite a while. She’s had an FHO surgery performed and has completed all her rehab. This little girl has no limitations! She won the heart of everyone at the vet and Rehab Nook. She is a strong candidate for agility as she is fearless, loves to learn new things and will climb, jump and go over any surface.

Lucy is housebroken, crate trained and fully vetted. She is currently located in Flagstaff, AZ

The first step to meeting any of our dogs is to submit an application. It in no way obligates you to adopt, it is simply part of our process. If the dog you are interested in is adopted before you can meet them or if we do not currently have a dog you are interested in we still encourage you to go through the approval process. Then you will be pre-approved and ready to adopt when a dog does come along that you are interested in.
