If you want to know the definition of ‘velcro dog’, look no further than Linus! He will follow you wherever you go, enjoying just sitting and watching you quietly. He a very curious boy that just loves to have you in sight. He has been learning so much the past few weeks with the help of his foster sister/new best friend. He has learned commands such as ‘sit’, ‘stay’, and ‘come’; he has learned how to go potty outside (99.9% housetrained), walk on a leash, and best of all- how to play fetch! He has also been learning that strangers and large objects such as a vacuum don’t have to be scary if you give them a chance but it’s going to still take some work. When he warms up to you he is the sweetest little love bug. He wasn’t sure what to think of his foster sister when he first met her but now they are the best of friends, playing and snuggling all day! He is crate trained although he does not prefer it. Fostered in Tucson, AZ.

The first step to meeting any of our dogs is to submit an application. It in no way obligates you to adopt, it is simply part of our process. If the dog you are interested in is adopted before you can meet them or if we do not currently have a dog you are interested in we still encourage you to go through the approval process. Then you will be pre-approved and ready to adopt when a dog does come along that you are interested in.
