Daisy is just plain fun to live with!  She is so very cute, and full of life, always eager to take part in whatever is going on.  Daisy loves people and other animals, and has a lively, engaging personality that begs to satisfy her curiosity about what all goes on in the world.  Daisy loves to cuddle and be petted and she is amazingly smart; which is as it should be, since her parents were probably a Heeler and a Border Collie.  Although Daisy hasn’t had a lot of training, she has all the basics. She walks on a loose leash, loves to ride in the car, sleeps quietly in her crate all night long, and stays quietly in her outdoor kennel during the day when foster mom is off to work.  She is not a barker; she will not bark just to bark, but only to tell you there is something around that you should pay attention to. Daisy does love to dig, which could easily be channeled into digging in a sandbox for buried toys. She loves to chew sticks or Nylabones or Kongs, but has never chewed anything in the house that she shouldn’t.  She learns commands quickly, and is eager to work. She would absolutely love to go to an obedience class and hone her basic skills. Daisy has endless energy, and would be a great dog for an active, outdoorsy family.

Daisy is housebroken, crate trained and fully vetted. She is currently located in Tucson, AZ

The first step to meeting any of our dogs is to submit an application. It in no way obligates you to adopt, it is simply part of our process. If the dog you are interested in is adopted before you can meet them or if we do not currently have a dog you are interested in we still encourage you to go through the approval process. Then you will be pre-approved and ready to adopt when a dog does come along that you are interested in.
