Cerulean “Rue” is a 14 month old female.  She is very active and would really like an active brother or sister who’s into playing as much as she is.  She does well with her foster brothers and sisters, big and small, but can sometimes play a little rough.  She is crate trained and sleeps quietly in her crate through the night.  She is also dog door trained and takes herself outside when necessary or to play in the yard.  Did we mention she is high energy?  She would love to accompany her people on outdoor activities but could use a little work on her leash manners.  She is still a typical puppy, smart yet impulsive, so don’t leave her alone with your favorite shoes just yet.  With as busy as Rue is, she would do best where she has an outside space that she can run and burn some of her boundless energy.  She loves being with her person, especially when they are engaging with her in an activity.  Balls are fun, but it really doesn’t matter what you throw.  Rue is fully vetted and available now.  She is fostered in Mesa.

The first step to meeting any of our dogs is to submit an application. It in no way obligates you to adopt, it is simply part of our process. If the dog you are interested in is adopted before you can meet them or if we do not currently have a dog you are interested in we still encourage you to go through the approval process. Then you will be pre-approved and ready to adopt when a dog does come along that you are interested in.
