Found in the pouring rain in San Tan Valley, this young gal was lost & alone. She is a ‘lucky’ lady because she landed in the loving arms of ACDR! She is 35 lbs, agile, runs like a deer, loves attention & loves wagging her long tail. She is semi-cuddly with her own mind when to snuggle. We do not know about her propensity to liking or not liking cats. She’s met kids out n about but living with small ones is unknown though we think she’d do OK with respectful children. Lady is a great passenger in a vehicle, loads & unloads w/out any concern. Lady is up to notifying you of something amiss outside – she would not be considered a ‘barker’. Lady has the BC trait of ‘pacing’ energy and often checking that all is well in the home.

*Special Medical Note:
Lady is current under Veterinary care for Valley Fever and to date, is responding well to her daily medication. This medication protocol will continue for a few months. She is due to have a recheck of her titers in mid March. If she’s adopted before then, ACDR will pay for this recheck and medications up until then. Any prospective adopter needs to be prepared to continue medical care if needed after her next re-check.

Lady is housebroken, crate trained and fully vetted (VF ongoing). She is currently located in Mesa, AZ.

The first step to meeting any of our dogs is to submit an application. It in no way obligates you to adopt, it is simply part of our process. If the dog you are interested in is adopted before you can meet them or if we do not currently have a dog you are interested in we still encourage you to go through the approval process. Then you will be pre-approved and ready to adopt when a dog does come along that you are interested in.
